The staff was very nice. The water dispenser and the crackers were great. Fast washing service. The room was big and had a balcony with a swing.
The blanket was not covered and in the bathroom the floor was wet. There was probably a leak in one of the seals.

The hotel stands close to a popular MRT station, which is perfect for exploring the city. It's just a few minutes' walk away from a convenience store, which was handy when we needed a quick snack or drink. our room was spacious and elegantly decorated, which gave it a cozy and homey vibe.
We were disappointed that the hotel did not provide us with complimentary toothbrushes. Another downside was that the hotel key had to be kept at the reception desk, which was an inconvenience when we wanted to quickly access our rooms.

Spent Easter at this hotel and had a pretty good time. the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. the location was also a plus, as it was within walking distance of public transportation and a night market with plenty of seafood options. We also appreciated the free washing machine and rooftop area for drying clothes.
the bed sheets were scratchy and the decor felt a bit outdated.
